Spring Renewal Rituals

Spring Renewal Rituals

Spring is certainly in the air (and allergies are running rampant… ugh).

This is my favorite time of the year to refocus and re-energize. I don’t know about you, but I often find myself in a post-Winter/beginning of Spring depression.

Whether there are goals I haven’t yet achieved or resolutions that have fallen by the wayside, it’s easy for me to fall into a slump.

Today I did a Facebook Live to share my spring renewal rituals. They are what help me to tap into the boost of energy that Spring brings.

Watch now:

Spring Renewal Rituals

Here’s a summary of what I shared in the video:

I choose to engage in three Spring renewal rituals, they are:

1) De-clutter your space. Full on throwing things away, clearing out a closet or two, and no looking back. Enjoy the motivating satisfaction of accomplishing something you can see and check off your to-do list.

2) Start something new. Learn to paint, get going on that scrapbooking project, study another language. Whatever it is that you’ve been wanting to do but haven’t made the time for, do it now.

3) Spend time outdoors. Get some fresh air during your lunch break, take an afternoon walk, enjoy the fresh air.

I would love for you to leave me a comment on the Facebook video and let me know what you think.

I’d also love to hear from you — are there any questions you have that you’d like to see me talk about on future live videos? Let me know by leaving a comment on the video.

If you enjoyed this video, please share it with your friends. I truly appreciate your support!

xx

  1. I think sometimes people limit their spring “renewal” to spring cleaning. I know I need more than that. Oh, opening up the windows and giving the house a good cleaning is a start, but for me, it means getting out and clearing my mind – walking my dogs in the beautiful spring weather, taking a drive to some place I put off going to because of the snow and icy roads of winter.

  2. I always avoid going out as much as possible during Spring but I really should go out to look at the flowers more.

  3. I love spring! All the flowers blooming, trees greening up & the smell of fresh cut grass! Thanks for posting the great ideas for renewal.

  4. I just love spring. Everything is coming back to life. Thank you for sharing these great suggestions. You are a blessing
