Are You Guilty of This Bad Parenting Habit?

When I sat down to write this article on a parenting habit I need to break, I started to think about all the little things that occur each day with my children. I am embarrassed to admit that there was a plethora of bad habits from which I could select; however, iParenting was the habit that stood out the most.

I know that there is a better way and iParenting is not the answer.

My youngest child is growing up in this new age where using electronics, i.e. tablets, are like second nature. While he loves playing on the iPad, I think it’s my reliance on the iPad to keep him company that has become a counterproductive parenting habit that I need to break.

In my article, I discuss my plan for breaking this bad parenting habit. I know that my time with the little one won’t last long — a fact I am reminded of every time I look at my 15 & 10 year olds — so I want to spend more time enjoying his childhood and making lasting memories; and not put him in front of an iPad every 5 minutes.

I want to hear from you!
