The Joyous Mommyhood Manifesto {free printable download}

One of my favorite tools for keeping my thoughts focused is affirmations.

With the power of affirmations, you can train your brain to think what you want to think – and reduce/eliminate negative thoughts by systemically changing what normally goes on between your ears {hasta la vista undesirable self-talk}.

I created The Joyous Mommyhood Manifesto to remind myself of what it really means to be a happy mom. The manifesto is comprised of 12 affirmations to reinforce the mindset that will create happiness in motherhood, and I’m pleased to offer you a free downloadable poster of this awesome tool.

  1. I am not a mother, but I do appreciate everything moms do to take care of their families. Thank you for this encouraging post and I hope both working moms and stay at home moms find strength through it. 🙂

  2. This is really nice. I think life can get so busy that I don’t stop to look around and be grateful and thankful as often as I should. I also don’t give myself enough credit. I am doing a great job 🙂
