Tiny Toast Makes Breakfast (and Snacks) Easy and Fun For Teens

This post is sponsored by General Mills; however, all opinions are my own.

For us busy moms, having easy and fun breakfast and snack options for our tweens and teens is always a plus. They are always hungry…and I don’t want to feel like I have to get up – for what feels like – every five minutes to fix them something to eat. Especially in the Summer when they’re home all day playing outside and working up a serious appetite.

That’s why I love Tiny Toast for making breakfast and snacks easy and fun for tweens.

Tiny Toast is a new General Mills product that you can find at Kroger. There’s real Strawberry or Blueberry flavor in every piece and only 9 grams of sugar in each serving.

Each piece is shaped into these cute little tiny toast pieces and there’s no artificial flavors, no colors from artificial sources, no high-fructose corn syrup

My teen loves the cute little toast shape and that it tastes great too. She eats it for breakfast and throughout the day as a snack. She quickly pours some into a baggy and then she’s back out the door again.

But her favorite is having Tiny Toast for breakfast. And getting a fun start to her day.

Our tweens and teens are almost as busy as us mamas are. Between school, sports, and other activities, their schedules can get really full – even in the Summer.

So having a breakfast and snack option that’s quick, easy, and fun makes their lives easier. It’s also delicious – which makes this a great choice for them during the breezy Summer months and especially when things pick up again in the Fall.

  1. I recently tried Tiny Toast breakfast cereal, and I’m glad I did. It reminds me of another cereal by General Mills : the Batman cereal. I have not yet had the blueberry but I do love the strawberry. It’s not too sweet, and has a nice bread-y crunch. I will recommend this one!

  2. I’ve recently heard of these but haven’t seen them in the stores yet, but I haven’t been really looking either. They sound good for adults too…I’d want the blueberry and hubby would want the strawberry. The teen would want strawberries, I think, too.

  3. I’ve never seen this cereal in my supermarket, but I think my older kids would definitely love it. Will have to keep an eye out for it the next time I go shopping.

  4. Now this cereal sounds pretty good. My grandchildren would love it too. I myself can’t wait to try the blueberry kind.

  5. I’ve never seen tiny toast. My kids and I love cereal, we eat bowls almost daily. This looks like a fun option for on the go, my kids love to fill a baggie and eat dry cereal. Thanks for the coupon.

  6. My children love cereal. I’ll have to head out to Kroger and try this variety. I love that it has no artificial flavors or high fructose corn syrup

  7. I have not seen this cold cereal in the stores or even heard of it before now. My kiddos are getting bored with our usual choices of cold cereal. I think they will like this new cereal.

  8. I bet my daughter would love this one! It looks really cool and tasty too. The perfect way to start the busy school mornings I have found is to let her get her own breakfast and since she is not going anywhere near my stove, this is the next best thing. I can’t wait to try it out!

  9. That looks delicious! I think my kids at 4 and seven would eat this too with no complaints. I love seeing General Mills coming out with new kids of cereal. Since its shopping day, I’ll have to look for Tiny Toast at the store.

  10. Enjoyed your photos. Your model did a great job. Thanks for the post. I enjoy anything that lets my kids eat and stay satisfied until I wake up. Cereal keeps things going until I show up with an egg sandwich.

  11. I have not seen these before. They sound so good. I will have to look for this the next time I am at the grocery store. Thank you for sharing
