3 Ways I Use Huggies® Wipes {Hint: I Have No Babies At Home}

If someone would’ve told me that Huggies® Wipes would be something that I’d use well beyond the diapering years, I probably would’ve laughed. But, that person would’ve been 100% right!

Although my youngest child is eight-years-old, Huggies® Wipes have continued to be a staple in my home. They are so handy – for wiping up snack spills, a quick clean-up after a soccer game, and my favorite use as a make-up remover.

Huggies® Wipes are so useful to have on-hand. In fact, I’ve probably used them more often as my kids got older than I ever did when they were babies. And I know I’m not alone. Many of us continue to use wipes well after our kids are older – Because Kids Outgrow Diapers, Not Messes*

I even know a few people who don’t have kids and still use Huggies® Wipes. They truly are multipurpose. Click here to see the video with 101 Ways to Use Huggies® Wipes. I even got some new ideas from it!

While I use them for many different things, here are the top 3 Ways I Use Huggies® Wipes:

  1. I use Huggies® Wipes to clean my child’s hands: After my son finishes a game of soccer or playing outside, I pull out a wipe to get his hands cleaned up. The wipes are quick and effective when we’re on the go. I keep a pack on hand in his sports bag.
  2. I use Huggies® Wipes to clean up snack messes: Nobody makes more snack mess than my kids. At least that’s how it feels when we’re constantly having to clean it up. Whether it’s crumbs or spills there’s always something that makes it’s way to the table surface or the floor. I keep a pack of wipes on hand in the kitchen for these quick clean-ups.

  3. I use Huggies® Wipes to remove make-up: I haven’t found a better makeup remover than these wipes! My daughter is a dancer so I use them to remove her “dance face” as well. We both have sensitive skin and these wipes have been the most effective and gentle solution for us.

  1. Thanks for posting the video! I had never thought of so many different uses for Baby Wipes. I remember back when I was into the Spice Girls that Victoria Beckham (“Posh Spice”) used them as makeup removers, so I started.

  2. I use Huggies wipes for my hands too, if I eat somewhere outside and need to quickly clean off my hands. I also use it on my dogs. For example I have a dog over 12 and sometimes she has some accidents, I use them to clean her off. 🙂

  3. I use Huggies wipes to remove makeup also. I keep a package in the bathroom for a quick wipe up, it makes a full clean of the bathroom less of a chore.

  4. I agree…Huggies wipes are definitely a staple in my home as well! I use them for cleaning the sweat from my face and neck on extremely hot days, and cleaning my cat’s eyes from sleep crust, or if she has had a bad day using the bathroom (she’s 17).

  5. That is so, so true. They never outgrow messes. In fact they always get messy, lol. I have always used these wipes for makeup and I always keep them in my gym bag after I get done sweating- which is gross, but it’s so important not to let that sweat sink back into your pores. Huggies wipes are great!

  6. I love Huggies wipes. I use them for everything even down to wiping the trim inside my house. It works wonderfully.

  7. No babies at our house either, yet I always have wipes in the car, home and work. they’re great for spills and for cooling down after a hot summer run. Get’s that sticky sunscreen and sweat off of you if you’re not able to take a shower right away.

  8. My baby will be 26 next month and I still use Huggies wipes. I hid them from my friends. Now that I know I am not crazy and not the only one who still uses them, I will not hide them from view. I use them to clean up, take off makeup and to wipe my hands. I keep them in the car and in my purse.

  9. I had wipes in my house consistently from 1990-2009. When the youngest was potty trained in 2009 I figured I was done….but NO!!! I use them everyday for everything and like you, they’re a great make up remover!

  10. Wipes are really a good idea to have on hand like you said even without babies. Messes always happen, kids or no kids, and having wipes can be super helpful in those sticky situations.

  11. Who knew that Huggies wipes removed make-up?! I would have never guessed…but, it does make sense! I do use them for bathroom necessities, and to clean up my hands, or a mess. This is some great information, as I have sensitive skin as well!!!

  12. I never would have thought to try Huggies wipes as a makeup remover. My daughter is grown, so it has been a long long time since I had any wipes around. I’m going to try these since the regular makeup remover wipes that I’ve tried were too harsh for my skin. Thanks.

  13. My kids are teenagers and i still buy Huggies wipes. I like to keep some in the car for when we eat in the car.

  14. I have also used Huggies wipes for pretty almost everything even though my brother has grown up from the time he was a baby.

  15. Carin–what a great idea. When I come home late at night, I’ll be using my baby wipes to clean my sleepy face. Thanks for an AWESOME post. Thanks for posting this.

  17. I need to get some Huggies wipes for sticky hands when the grandkids are around and to put in the glove compartment of the car. You just never know when you might need Huggies!
