How To Find Joy In A Busy Day And Feel Healthier

Busy moms are no strangers to stressful, busy days that sometimes make us want to just crawl into bed and hit the reset button.

While it’s easy to allow ourselves to get wrapped up in the busyness – and the stress – it’s important to give ourselves a break from all of that. And to find everyday joy.

  2. I totally co-sign the dance break! I try to do it when no one’s watching. It’s a great way for me to de-stress and just put some joy in an otherwise mundane day. Find joy in the little things. It makes the day better and keeps a smile on your face! 🙂

Thank you so much for this wonderful blog and for taking the time to share it with us these are great ideas taking a dance break sounds like fun showing gratitude for the little things is so true like im grateful to have my family my home my dog my friends everything and eating a healthy snack is a good idea hunger sometimes can make you feel grumpy so eating a healthy snack can help

  4. Stress ruins a lot of marriages. I have worked very hard to combat stress by removing people who cause it. Like those friends who always have one drama after another in their lives. Thanks for the advice.

  5. I can definately relate about wanting some days to just ran back to bed but I am making it a goal to find joy and stress relievers each day!!

  6. When I got frustrated and angry that I we had to be a 2 income family, I just had to stop and remind myself that God gave us what we needed. We were the ones that wanted or needed more – otherwise 1 income would have sufficed! Music gave me a mood changer too and dancing helped me relieve much needed tension!!

  7. I agree. Finding joy in things that otherwise would be stressful. There are so many blessings when you start to really think about it. Busy because you are blessed with a job, busy being a mom because you are blessed to have children, busy being a wife because you are blessed to have a husband, busy driving in traffic because you are blessed to have a car. Thanks for the reminder.

  8. Thanks for this post- I really neede this today! I love your tips at sheknows. The dance break is so smart! Who can feel stressed out while gettin’ down? Gratitude seems like an answer to so many negative emotions, too, doesn’t it? I also find if I focus my energy on someone else for a few minutes I can totally change my view. Giving and being of service are never a bad idea!

  10. Yes, i think having snacks helps you take a break and relax for a second and it helps with hunger, hunger gets me grumpy ? Great advice !
